Exact Data's Board of Advisors is comprised of industry and thought leaders who play a key role in the company's continuing success. Each member brings significant industry experience to push Exact Data to the forefront of database marketing and social media advertising.
As Chairman of the Advisory Board, Jack Kraft brings many years of diversified management experience to Exact Data. Kraft was Vice Chairman and COO of Leo Burnett Company for nearly 20 years, after which Kraft joined Young & Rubicam as EVP/Chief Administrative Officer and board member. Since then, Kraft has been an active founder, investor, advisor, and board member of a number of technology service firms. Earlier, Kraft participated in the development of a number of internet-related firms. Among them were Modem Media and Two-Way Communications, both pioneering interactive ad agencies, and Lante Corporation, an e-commerce firm. All went public, were subsequently acquired, and are now part of Publicis Groupe. Kraft regularly consults with a wide range of developing companies on matters of structure, growth, management development, and corporate opportunities.
Andy previously served in leadership positions including CEO of Epsilon; President and CEO of Clicksquared, Inc.; and President, Chairman and CEO of Exchange Applications, Inc. He currently advises a number of private equity firms and brands on marketing strategy, marketing services, advertising, marketing technology and ad tech through his consulting entity A.J Frawley & Associates.
Andy is a member of the Data and Marketing Association (DMA) Board of Directors, a past Chairman of the DMA Financial Services Conference, member of the DMA Conference Committee and judge for the DMA Echo awards. He earned a M.B.A. from Babson College and holds a B.S. in Finance, with honors, from the University of Maine.
Larry Organ is an Internet marketing pioneer and innovator. Active in the direct marketing service industry since 1986, Larry brings expertise in direct response and data aggregation and distribution.
In 1995, Larry started fastWEB, a student scholarship search website. Under his leadership, fastWEB, now a Monster.com company (NasdaqNM:MNST), quickly became the leading website of its kind. Larry aimed at the job market in 1999 and founded JobsOnline, taking on established career-services leaders such as Monster.com and HotJobs.com. Within months, JobsOnline surpassed the incumbents by attracting millions more unique visitors than any other employment website. JobsOnline, now part of Acxiom Corporation (NasdaqNM:ACXM), remains a Media Metrix Top 100 Internet company. In 2001, Larry launched CustomOffers which he sold in 2002 to The Mosaic Group. The Mosaic Group filed for bankruptcy eleven months later. Larry reacquired the assets of the data service company he started and renamed the new entity Consumer Base in 2003.Larry is on the Board of Directors of Clearbrook, a non-profit organization devoted to enhancing the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Colm Ronan brings over 20 years of financial and operational expertise to Exact Data. Prior to joining Exact Data, Colm served in various senior financial roles for technology based companies. Most recently, he served as VP of Finance for Dims! Organizing Print, a global ERP system provider to the print and packaging industries. Prior to that, Colm served as the Financial Controller of Radius Solutions Inc., now a division of Electronics for Imaging (Nasdaq: EFII).
Colm is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and qualified as an accountant in public practice in Ireland.
Don Harger joined the Exact Data team as an Account Executive in 2010. In 2011, he was promoted to Divisional Manager, Business Development, and then again in 2013 to Vice President, Business Development Sales. In 2014, Don earned the title of Chief Revenue Officer. Most Recently, he spent 11 years in the mortgage industry.
Prior to his sales career, Don was a Combat Medic in the United States Army and served during Operation Desert Storm.
Rick Giddings joined the Exact Data team as an Account Executive in 2013. In 2014, he was promoted to Divisional Manager, Business Development, and then again in 2015 to Vice President, Sales & Training. In 2016 Rick was promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales & Training, then Chief Training Officer in 2017.
Prior to joining Exact Data, Rick managed inside sales for a cable and wireless provider.
Ryan Kluck began his career at Exact Data in 2010 as an account executive. Shortly after, he was promoted to Divisional Manager, Business Development, and then again to Senior Vice President, Business Development then Chief Sales Officer in 2018.
Prior to Exact Data, Kluck started in the mortgage industry and gained experience in a variety of other sales roles.
Travis Wittenburg began his career at Exact Data in 2012 as an entry-level copywriter and has since been promoted four times to oversee the entire Marketing department as well as high level tech development projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations and minors in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Small Business Management from the Kelley School of Business.
Outside of work, Travis enjoys triathlon, deep dish pizza, and musical improv comedy.
