The Chicago-based company performs regular database maintenance in order to ensure accuracy and deliverability for its data. While performing routine updates, Exact Data also adds new records. In the most recent update, thousands of new records were added to Magazine Mailing Lists.
Providing direct marketing data in multiple channels, Exact Data uses processes specific to each type of contact information in order to verify its records. For example, postal records are checked for outdated information using the US Postal Service’s National Change Of Address (NCOA) list. Emails are scrubbed free of opt-outs. Similarly, phone records are cleansed of any DNC (Do Not Call) listings. Emails then undergo a verification process from BriteVerify, an industry leader in Email Data verification.
In addition to cleaning data, thousands of new files were added to Magazine Mailing Lists. These lists contain information for subscribers of a variety of magazines, and can be sorted by individual publication, or by using consumer selects to determine consumers of magazines by interest or topic including:

Magazine Mailing Lists can also be selected by geography, age, and other demographics to finely narrow a list down to a qualified audience of prospects.
